Odin Petroil S.A.
Petroleum Refinery Company incorporated under the Colombian law, located in Santa Marta city, which is focused to the refining, storing and distribution of industrial energy products made from the distillation of crude oil, such as the marine diesel, the naptha and the IFO, among others.
The refinery plant is adjacent to the plant operated by Odin Energy Santa Marta Corporation S.A. and has a production capacity of 45.000 barrels per month, which plans to expand in a near future.
The energy products of Odin Petroil S.A. are distributed in the Colombian market and the near areas of the Caribbean, Central and South America.
Odin Energy Santa Marta Corporation S.A.
Company incorporated under the Colombian law, focused to the production, refining, storing, transportation and distribution of biodiesel from palm oil and its subproducts.
It is strategically located amidst a production area of palm oil, as it is Santa Marta, Colombia, where has a multi-raw material plant of high technology and specialized personnel, that ensure the quality of our products.
The company is currently in charge of an important project funded by Odin Energy Corporation, the majority shareholder of the corporate group with headquarter located in Panama, which consist in the construction of a mixing unit diesel-biodiesel that will be used to produce, as its name indicates, biofuel blendings in different percentages as the B5, B10, B20, among others, that will be part of our energy products offer.
Odin Petroleum Corporation
Marketing firm of energy products incorporated under the laws of New York and based in the same city, which belongs to the corporate group, Odin Energy Corporation and has representative offices in Colombia and Panama.
In Colombia, the marketing and sale operations are done through its subsidiary C.I. Odin Petroleum Colombia S.A.S., which is charge of the sell and distribution of the energy products of Odin Petroil S.A. and Odin Energy Santa Marta Corporation S.A. in the Colombian market and it is the main and strategic link of Odin Petroleum Corporation for selling these products in the international level, working in team with the Panama office.
Odin Petroleum Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Odin Energy Corporation, is the exclusive trader of Odin Grupo de Energía S.A.’s refineries and although focuses its efforts in positioning them, have the opportunity to sell products from other refineries.
